Things People (We) Say...

I started thinking tonight about my childhood and my past and it is so amazing the things people say. Not excluding myself because we all do it! Making promises we don't intend to keep to friends and everyone around us, and I do not what made me think about it, but my rambling mind just went there, and it started down several paths. You know as a child we dream up all these things, what our spouse will be like, what kind of house we will have, the car we will drive, and what we will be when we grow up, and not all the times but most of the times it is SILLY and so funny to think back on. When in all reality God has different plans for us, plans we usually don't see coming for us! MUCH MUCH GREATER things than what we could EVER imagine! Like usually, the moment you quit looking for love is when you find it! Or when the moment you think now is the time I give up on whatever it may be that is when God prevails and turns that right around and gives you something or blesses you in a way that you never imagined He would! But to get back to the things people say, it just amazes me because you tell your best friend from kindergarten you will be friends forever, and not to say that doesn't happen, because sometimes it does, but you don't know that, life happens, and everyone changes and goes there own direction! And talking about people change boy don't we all! I know personally I have changed, not for the bad but changes do come in our life, as life happens and things happen, they make us into who we are, so personally I think we all change on a daily basis because of who we meet, the paths we go down, and the choices we make! Kind of similar to the song by Lady Antebellum "leave your plans behind" and this is what you have to do because God's plans are so much bigger than any plans we could ever have for ourselves for example...I NEVER thought I would have such an AMAZING boyfriend like I have now, God REALLY surpassed my expectations and blessed me in a BIG way, BJ is everything I dreamed about and more. The jobs that I have today in a time when it is hard to find one, I have two maybe not what I went to school for, but that will come in God's timing and not a day before, of course some days it is harder for me to focus in on that than others but I try and I am learning it is about counting the blessings that you do have not focusing on what you don't have! I have met some GREAT people along my journey so far and know that this will continue! God has placed some very wise people in my life that make me see these positives things even when I don't really want to! And I am not one bit disappointed for the things people have said or done in my life, or the things that I have been through in my life because they all are a part of me and made me who I am today, if it wasn't for all of these things I would not be where I am today or who I am today! Never do I regret for one moment the people I have encountered or been friends with througout my life so far because they all are a part of who I am today! I feel that you are a changed person because of each person that you meet and that God places in your path! So I am thankful for each person that I get to encounter and meet each day, there is a reason for that!

Well have been looking for a REAL job....on vacation...and working at Cato's and Weight Watchers!!! Still haven't found a teaching job...still looking...quite a bummer especially since I just completed 4 years of college to get a degree that I can't even find a job for now...still hoping and praying for something to come along!!! Went to Gatlinburg with BJ we rented a cabin up there and had an ABSOLUTE BLAST!!! What an amazing place and time we had!!! I MISS IT!!! Work at Cato's and Weight Watchers is still trudging along!!!

I have started training with weight watchers...and I am loving it!! It is a lot to remember, but once you get the hang of it it isn't so bad!!! My last day training on the paper tally is on Saturday and then I will have to start training on CHAMP their computer systems!! Then I will become a receptionist as I train for a leader position!!! I am so excited!! I will be nervous at first about doing the meetings I know I will be but once I do it a couple of times and get use to my group I will get use to it and that is when it will be a BLAST!!! I just want to be able to give back to the people that helped me along my weight loss journey!!! On another note me and BJ went to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock Wednesday we had a BLAST...we went Kayaking out on Lake Lure, and then we walked around for a bit then we headed up to Chimney Rock, we were going to go Rock Mining but they were closed because their mine was clogged up, so we went shopping in some of the stores and sat out by the river on the rocks for a while then came in and ate at a place called Genny's it s REALLY good!! Then we walked back down to the river for a bit then came back to Spartanburg and saw Transformers...which by the way is an awesome movie!!!! We had a BLAST!!!

Well the church I intervewed with for the teaching position...filled it but not with me...and I am still waiting to hear back from the charter school!! Hoping to find a teaching job especially since I have been in school for four years working toward that degree!! But, I got the job with weight watchers, which just thrills me to death because I really really wanted this job!! I start training thursday night, at the boiling springs location. I absolutely cannot wait!! I will start out training as a receptionist because you have to know how to do that before you become a leader...it is a 4-6 week span of training and then you have to start training as a leader if that is what you want to do!!! I hope to one day become a leader at Weight Watchers, but that will all come with time, going to take it all one step at a time!! I was so excited when I received the phone call because this has been a long time coming and waited for, for a long time!! The centers are becoming computerized but we all still have to be paper trained in case of emergencies when the computers are down or when the power is out and then we will be trained on the computers!! I am so excited about starting...I cannot wait!!! I will continue working with weight watchers even when I do get a teaching job!! If I do not get a teaching job for this coming year I plan to eventually go full time with weight watchers, where I will be scheduled for certain days that are consistent week to week and to sub on the days I am off at weight watchers....that way I can get my foot in the door at some schools for the next year...and when I get my teaching job I will go part time with weight watchers!!! I believe this will be an outstanding job to have, the atmosphere always seems friendly and welcoming!! It will also be so much FUN!!! So ready to start!!!

CHANGES and NEW THINGS to COME

Well I have had a couple of interviews with schools and waiting to hear back from them. Praying that they went well and that I will hear back. I also have an interview coming up June 11th with weight watchers!! This I am very excited about because it is something that is very near to my heart seeing that just this past december I hit my weight goal from doing weight watchers and am in a size four...a size I have NEVER seen before until now and NEVER though I would even starting weight watchers I was expecting an 8 maybe boy did I surprise myself...quite amazing really. With all this going on I get stressed and bogged down worrying as I wait to hear back and know which way my life will go next! I know it is all in God's hands and He is in control, but at the same time being human I still worry and wish I knew. It is hard to know that this could be the start of my career or that I may be waiting another year for it to come to me. I know either way, whatever happens it is in God's hands and what is meant to be will happen, but I am not much of a person who likes to wait!! SO keep me in your prayers. On the other hand on the 23rd and this month me and BJ will be together for a year and a half which floors me, because this is the longest relationship I have ever been in, I believe he is the one for me and hope he feels the same!! I know there are some out there that NEVER thought it would be possible for me to be "serious" about anyone and that I would always date someone for a few months and then break it off because of an uneasy feeling that I get!! BUT believe it or NOT I have made it and boy has it paid off!! And Honestly i think the reason none of those others worked or that I got that feeling is because it just simply was not meant to be!! Anyone that knows me knows that I have always said what is meant to be will happen!!! I am the luckiest girl alive and wow am I glad that waited it out because I have met the man of my dreams!!! It is hard for me to believe that me and BJ have been together this long...it feels like just yesterday we met and started dating!!! I have so much fun with him...from fishing...yes me fishing, I LOVE it it is so much fun...going new places we have never been, going hiking, going to see a movie, going to downtown greenville to walk around and spend the day together, and so much more!!! No matter what we are doing together is always fun...at least I think so!!! :-D Well I just wanted to bring an update...because I am trying to blog more!!!

I know I haven't been blogging very much lately! I have been staying very busy...between looking for a teaching job and working at Cato's and babysitting I have been very busy! I haven't had much time to blog!! But summer has started and I am loving it!! This satuday me and BJ have a fishing tournament that we are in together at Lake Wiley. It is there his and her tournament that his mom and dad puts on. I am very excited...lol yes excited about fishing!! I have really started to enjoy going fishing with him, we usually go about once or twice every two to three weeks or so at the pond, or when it is pretty and have time and are off together!! I haven't actually caught anything but I have had some bites. I am hoping this luck turns around on Saturday lol we shll see!! I am dstill going to Weight Watchers...I am a lifetime member there and have hit my goal weight but still go to stay on track and to get the support from the meetings because that is what really makes the difference!! I am telling you I absolutely love it and I feel amazing!!! I have lost 35 pounds total...and have dropped 4 sizes!!! WOW I know its amazing!!! I NEVER thought I would be saying I wear a size four and NEVER thought I would have lost 35 pounds. I started out saying if I could get in a size 8 I would be happy and wow did I surpass that thought and blew myself away!!! Weight Watchers is the first thing I have done been able to stick to...and its not about dieting for a week or however long it takes you to lose your weight and then going back to how things were...it is TRULY a lifestyle change it teaches you how to eat better and to be more aware of what you are eating. Well that is all I have time for now...trying to get back blogging regularly but we all know how that goes!!!

Well...where to start?...I have finished my student teaching placement...wow what an experience...I had a BLAST and am very blessed...I learned so much and had a GREAT class...not the end though I still plan to go back and see them...through attending a zoo field trip with them, their end of the year program, and for field day! I have finished everything school related and graduate on Tuesday. It is so hard for me to believe that four years ago I started college and now in less than 4 days I will be graduated! It seems like just yesterday I graduated high school and was just starting college. I will have a degree in Early Childhood Education and now it is facing the battle of finding a job teaching...with the job market we have today. Me and BJ are GREAT...we have been together for a year four months and eight days! Hard for me to believe but I wouldn't trade our relationship for the world...I LOVE him with all my heart and soul! He is honestly the BEST thing that has and could have ever happened to me!! He stays by my side through it all...he is always there for me no matter what!! I have lost 37 pounds on weight watchers and I feel GREAT...it is the best thing I have ever done!!! I went from a size 12 to a size 4...its amazing!! I am loving the way I feel...its fabulous!!!

Catching Up

Wow...it has been a while!!! Student teaching is going GREAT!!! It keeps me very very very busy...and I go to bed way early and get up all the earlier but it's so much fun!!! I look forward to the weekend so I can catch up on my sleep and spend time with BJ!!! I love my class and I am having an awesome experience!!! I take over full time the week of Feb. 16th and will be for 6 weeks!!! I am really blessed to be in such an awesome class....Everyone at the school is very welcoming and friendly and so willing to help in any way they can!!! Spanish class on Mon. and Wed. is going well!! BJ and I are GREAT...we both have new jobs now and aren't working together anymore, it was a huge adjustment at first but we have both handled it well!! And not seeing him everyday just makes it that much better when I do...I love him with all of my heart!!! As much as I hate not seeing him everyday, it is GREAT when I do get to see him!!! Once this semester is over we will be back to seeing each other everyday...and I will be graduated!!! I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him!!! He holds my heart!!!

Getting ready for a new chapter in my life...Tomorrow I start student teaching...and start my last semester of college! It is so hard to believe that I have been in college for 7 semesters already and that this s my last one before I graduate in May! It seems like just yesterday I was posting about being nervous about starting college and now I am posting about being nervous about starting starting student teaching! I am very excited but still nervous. I will be student teaching every day in a Kindergarten classroom. I will also be taking Spanish 2 a Monday and Wednesday night class at Upstate when I finish student teaching. I will still be going to weight watchers just not on Monday nights this semester. I will be going to weight watchers on Saturday mornings...so that I can continue to have the same leader but just change days. I will change back after this semester of classes at upstate. I will graduate in May...and I can't wait!!

Today is mine and BJ's one year together!!! It has been the absolute best year of my life!!! He means more to me than anything else!!! He is the sunshine in my life everyday...he brightens my day everyday that I see him!! So many people ask how do we date and work together but I really enjoy it...it is so much fun being able to wait tables and just look back in the back and know he is there!!! I love him to pieces and would not take anything in this world for him!!! I am soooooo happy with him!!! He knows how to put a smile on my face and he keeps a smile on my face!!! I love being with him rather it is at work, hanging out out one of our houses watching tv, playing video games, or when we go out!! He is the funnest person to be around!!! He has an amazing personality and an awesome smile!!! He is so amazing and he captures my heart again and again and more and more everyday!!!! I fall even more in love with him everytime I see him!!!! I love him with all that I am!!!! I don't know what I would do without him!!!!

I love the way that people try to make real bold statements by leaving comments but yet they post them anonymously...like that takes real guts. And the thing is...is that if they weren't reading or checking my blog they would have NO idea what was being said and it just goes to say that it must have been someone that it was about or else they wouldn't feel they needed to post anonymously. They would have felt that they could post it and let their name be shown but yet again that goes back to people sticking their noses where they don't belong. And if they weren't in the wrong they wouldn't feel a need to defend themselves. And me sharing what I want to my friends and family shouldn't concern anyone else...this is used to keep my family and friends that I don't see everyday up to date on what is going on in my life and how things are going...for those that don't fit into those categories...I don't see any of this being in their concern...why would they even begin to waste their time reading my page about my life...hmmm...maybe they don't have a life of their own...well in that case feel free to read and post what ya want but don't be surprised when I continue posting about what is happening in my life and the ones I love lives as well and I can say that if you don't feel like I should be posting that then heck go find someone elses blog to read and get a dang life!!!!!!!

Our 11 months...

Today is mine and BJ's 11 months!!! Last night after work we went back to his house to watch a movie and after we had sat there a while he went in his room to get something...he came back out and handed me my favorite book of all time Oh the Places You'll Go by Dr. Suess and it had a book mark in it about teachers...I began reading the book and before I got all the way through it he said Jennie turn your book mark over, so I did and there on the string of the book mark, he had attached my promise ring!!!! He promised me he would love me til the end!! He is the sweetest guy I could ever ask for and I love him with all of my heart!!!! I really am the luckiest girl ever to have him...he is the most amazing guy ever and I couldn't imagine being with anyone else nor would I want to be!! He is the bets guy that I could have ever asked for!!!

Some People have some Real Nerve...or at least act like it

Some things really get to me...and anyone that truly knows me knows that I let things build up and before it makes me mad or gets to me, but some things get to me right off. And one of these things is when people who don't know someone starts to run their mouth about them, that is close to me or my family and putting their nose in places that it shouldn't be!!! And lately this has been happening...a lot more and more... mostly because of certain family things we have been having going on. So I guess that makes people think they have a right to put their noses in places where it doesn't belong or to even drag people into it that has absolutely nothing to do with it. I don't know how you can throw someone under the bus that you have talked to or taken more than 10 or 15 minutes to get to know them. I guess I was always taught graowing up if I didn't have something nice to say to keep my mouth close...not by any means saying that I always followed that but I at least know not to start running my mouth about someone who is innocent and has nothing to do with the situation needs to be left out of it. I just get really irratated about these kind of things. Some people just need to grow up and accept things how they really are. But I guess it is hard to accept things when you lie to yourself about them everyday...who wouldn't have a hard time dealing with things or putting things to rest when they know they were the one in the wrong. But don't bring someone else into the situation when they aren't the problem all that does is try to focus the problem on someone else because you know you are the problem or what caused it!!!!!

Election 2008

Today I stood in line for 4 1/2 hours to vote today at my voting place for the first time ever!! Boy was it an exciting experience!! I saw all kinds of people...some very very kind people and some wow crazy ones!! I am glad that I went to cast my vote today because it made me feel like I did all that I could do and no matter what the outcome was, I knew I did what I could. I casted my vote for McCain and Palin so just a few moments ago when I saw the results for 2008 election I wasn't too disappointed because I had cast my vote and done my part, so now it is all in God's hands. He has a reason and purpose for everything that happens. So our country and everyone in it is in God's hands and at his will and grace, so we have to trust in Him and allow him to guide us! So although I am not sure what is in store for our country for the next four years God does and He has a plan and purpose for us and our country. So we have to give it to Him and lay it at His feet and let Him work through us.

Well......it went by soooo fast and I didn't think I would be saying this but college has went by extremely fast and I have only one semester left in which I will be sudent teaching!!!! I found out I will be at Oakland Elementary School next semester with a Kindergarten Class with Mrs. Showen for my student teaching!!! :-D We have a lot of upcoming meetings to meet with our teachers from our schools and lots of work before this semster is up!!! I graduate on May 5th 2009, which is extremely hard for me to believe...by this time next year I will hopefully have a job and be teaching :-D!!!! I am very excited about student teaching but at the same time a little nervous about it!!! More to come soon!!!

Wow...how things and people change!!!!

It amazes me how quickly things and people change!!!! I have learned quite a few things here very recently and even up to the last 5 months!!! I have learned that no matter what your family and the ones that truly love you will be by your side no matter what happens or comes your way!!! I have also learned that you have to be cautious who you trust and to what extent you trust them NOT saying at all that you shouldn't trust but just that you should be cautious!!! I have also learned that the things you think will never happen probably will and the people you think will never let you down may be the first ones to do that!!! I have learned that you have to forgive and forget and move on with your life no matter if the others choose to move on or not...because sometimes they just aren't ready for that step!!!! Be Optimistic! Give people a chance they may prove you wrong!!! Love comes when you least expect it!!! Be the change you want to see in the world it has to start somewhere!!! Don't hold grudges because you never know how long we have!!! So overall I have learned that no matter what be who you are and if people don't like it that's something they have to deal with!!! Smile no matter what happens because it may brighten someone elses day that needs it more than you do!!! Laugh as often as you can and enjoy every minute of it!!! Enjoy what you have and what you do because you never know when your last moments are or how long you have!!!! These are a few things I have learned recently!!!!

Well...it has been a very long time since I have been on here to update!!! Stayed busy with school and work a lot lately!!! Me and BJ have been dating for over 9 months now and he is sooo awesome!!! I love him with all my heart!!! I am sooo lucky to have him!!! I am about half through my first semester of my senior year and my last semester of college is approaching rapidly!!! It is sooo hard to believe I only have one semester left and that will be student teaching!!! Now don't get me wrong I am very excited but...it is sooooo hard to believe how fast it is approaching...I am a little nervous but I always am when faced with new challenges. Drew and Mikayla are growing sooo fast...I can't believe how fast they are growing!!! Work is still going well...I stil enjoy it a whole lot and love what I do!!! Well that's it for now may I will stay on top of updating a little better.

I had a GREAT day today!!! Got up played on the net for a while then went and laid out for bout an hour and then the GREATEST guy ever came and hung out with me for a while of course that is BJ!!! We swam and then laid out for a little lol now we are both burnt but thats okay we had fun!!! And we were together and I LOVE being with him he means the world to me!!! Then he went home and got ready and I got ready and we went to his awards and then went and ate with his parents!!! Then we went back to his house and watched tv for a while!!! I LOVE him soooo much!!! He has my heart!!! I don't know what I would do without this boy!!! He means so much to me!!! I can't explain how much he means to me!!! So today was GREAT!!!

Back again...after a long time of not blogging!!! Its been busy!! Still working at Ron's waiting tables and at Sassy's Tan and Style!! Me and BJ just celebrated our five months of dating on Friday :-D!!! He is the GREATEST guy ever and he means the world to me!!! He has my heart!! I am the luckiest girl ever to have such a GREAT guy!!! Yea I know some of you are probably thinking wow how has he put up with her that long ;-) lol who knows but I sure am glad he has :-D!!! I start summer school a week from tomorrow on June 2nd and will be there from 9-3 45 mon-thurs taking Chemistry!!! What fun ha yea right!!! But its ok because I know some people i am taking that class with so it won't be so bad!!! Then in July I am taking Spanish 1 mon- thurs 11 15- 1 so that isn't quite as bad!!! Went swimming today with BJ, my sis, drew and mikayla...we had so much fun!!! Well swimming wore me out today so Im off to bed!!!

Well...let's see...we will start with what a GREAT Valentine's Day I had with BJ!!! We celebrated on Wednesday instead of on Thursday because he had to work so we got together and I gave him his presents candy, 2 wii controllers, pj pants, and fishing stuff; and he gave me mine very sexy perfume and lotion, a navy blue and white polka dotted purse, and a helzberg diamond necklace that shaped like a heart with a pink quartz in it!!! Then the following Sunday BJ and Dustin ashley's boyfriend got together at BJ's house and cooked steak , sweet taters, and banana pudding for us!! It was so much fun and the food was GREAT!!!! One thing that I have noticed is how when guys that you use to talk to find out that you have a boyfriend they seem to go crazy and wish they had you and I find this quite funny!!! A lot of this has been happening and it just makes me laughbecause I am SOOO happy with BJ, more than most could imagine!!!! School is going GREAT just very very very busy!!! Not to much longer til summer only I will be taking summer classes as well, what fun ha ha. Me and BJ have been dating for 2 months and 2 weeks!! He is a GREAT guy and he really has my heart!!! Drew finished is basketball season and is beginning baseball...and Mikayla is still going strong in dance!!! I work a LOT..and don't have too much time for some my closest friends like what I would like to but hopefully with summer rolling back around and with me taking only a couple of summer classes that will change!!! I am on Spring Break right now, which isn't to much of a break, im working and doing lot's of school work. I have started on the weight watchers diet and also going to the tanning bed!!! My goal is to lose at least 30 pounds, and just to let ya know it isn't for anyone but myself I have a lot of people asking why and it is just for me no one else!!! I love tanning thats the me time I get every day, that I NEED!!!! I am off 2morrow YAH :-D!!! Well I hope everything is going GREAT and hopefully I won't wait as long next time before posting!!!

Everything has started back up and it has been busy busy busy for me!!! School has started and is going well!! I am in my block education courses, and they are GREAT...I have five classes on monday I have 2 classes the 1st one goes from 8 30- 11 10 and the second goes from 11 20- 1 50, then on tuesdays and thursdays I have the same class from 11 45- 1, on wednesdays I have my Clinical one from 8 30- 12 10 and this where I will be traveling to my set school to observe and do some hand on things in the classroom before beginning to do student teacheing they want us to have some experience in the classroom! So far we have been at the Child Development Center at Upstate, and it has been a lot of fun, on fridays my class goes from 8 30- 11 10. I am really enjoying this semesters classes...they are all geared toward my major and they really teach us a lot about the things we truly need to focus on in becoming teachers!!! Work is still going well. Its been crazy lately Im either at school, work, with BJ, or at church!! Haven't been able to go to church as much as I would like to bc I am over the floor at Ron's on Sundays so I have to be there! SO some Sunday nights I am able to make it to church and some Wednesday nights!! We have started meeting at Ron's on Monday nights to have a Bible Study since we are closed on Mondays ad I really enjoy being a part of that!!! Well thats what's been going on in my life lately!!!

Passed this semester of classes.....and got into the teaching program and will be starting classes in the education department on Jan. 14th!!! I am excited!! I also have started dating a guy that I work with and he is a great guy!!! He is respectful, very sweet, and just the best!!! I turned another year old im now the big 21 and I have heard its all downhill from here...but I believe thats just some peoples state of mind!!! My Christmas and New Years was GREAT...busy but GREAT..spent time with those that I love the most and the ones that are the funnest to be with and thats what it is all about!!!! I also just got back from Gatlinburg with my church which was a lot of fun!!! We had some pretty interesting times their and we learned a lot!!! Saw lots of GREAT bands in concert like Toby Mac, Chris Tomlin, Skillet, and Sanctus Real!! So now its just home and work and getting ready for school to start back on the 14th!! Don't go see Golden Compass or allow your kids to go see it!!! I don't know how many of you have heard but it is written by a guy who is an atheist and at the end of the movie the little girl and boy kill God!!! They tried to make the movie so that it would appear to be "parent friendly" and the parents would allow their kids to go see it or take them and then they sit through the movie because they paid for it!!!! Why should we waste our money to see this junk!?!?!

What is your favorite carnival/amusement park ride?
My Favorite Amusement ride would have to be roller coasters!!! I have always enjoyed roller coasters but it wasn't until about 6 years ago when I got up enough nerve and rode my very first upside down roller coaster and I LOVED it!!!! The just this past October I went to Scarowinds and I rode the Borge which is the one you lay down on your back and you get harnessed in as soon as it starts and you get out of the loading dock you flip over and are staring at the concrete that just moments before you were walking safely on!!! You talk about fun and a thriller it was AWESOME!!!!

It has been forever since I have last posted!!! I took the praxis~ a test that I have to take to get into the professional education program at USC Upstate~ on October 25th and passed both the reading and the math!! I am still waiting to get my writing scores back from it!!! My grandmother went in the hospital yesterday because her heart rate was too high, the doctors did some test on her that they were suppose to get back to day, she seems to be holding up fine, and I ask that each of you will keep my family in your prayers!!! And tonight my mom decided she wanted something to do at night and she starts working at Ron's Hog Pen with me tonight...she was so excited!!!! I dropped my Chemistry class and lab that I had on Tuesdays and Thursdays because I felt like if I was to stay in there it would drop my gpa so I went ahead and got out. I will be taking this class and Spanish in summer school!!! So that I will still be able to graduate on time!!!

1.God- he is my maker and creator~ I try my best to live for Him!!
2.My family~ God has blessed me with an awesome family Love them to death!!!
3. My Niece and Nephew~ They are my pride and joy I love them to death!!!!
4.My church family~ I love my church family......I have gotten to know some of them so well and I don'tr know where I would be without them

Okay so we wonder where all the evil in the world comes from and why we have brothers and sisters killing each other and why kids are killing their parents! We wonder why kids take guns to school and why parents abuse their kids! We wonder why the world has gotten so bad....well lets see we take prayer out of schools...we take in God we Trust off of our money...in case some of you don't know they have taken In God we Trust off of the new coin dollar and then put George Washington's face on it......and it made me think okay thats our founding fathers that founded this country on GOD, and they take in God we Trust off of our Money but then leave the founding Father's faces on it, that founded our country on GOD! And what really gets me is that we call ourselves "Christians" and just go on like nothing is happening around us just sit back and watch it all happen...we don't stick up for what we believe in because we are scared of what someone may think of we....and it is hard to be bold in a world of people that look down on you!!! But we, Christians, need to get a backbone and stand up for what we believe in, we need to be praying for our country and the soldiers who are fighting for it!! We supposedly live in a free country but people get arrested or killed daily for stuff they believe in!! This is just my opinion and my take on things!

Last couple of days have been crazy ones....a few people have gotten the idea that I have to be checked up on and that is apparently an unspoken thing whih I was unaware of but just so everyone is clear unless you are wondering for your own sake no one has to ask how I am doing or check up on me I am very capable and can handle things on my own and I would hate for anyone to waste their time thinking that its something they have to do or a duty for them I would hate for you to hurt yourself!!!! Actually today I am GREAT...its Friday..im going to work here in just a little while....its been an overall GREAT day!!!!! And I LOVE my weekends.........even though I work I still love them at least it is a break from school and all the craziness of the week!!!

Lets just say in the least LOTS and lots of stuff has happened since I posted a new blog just because!!!! Well school has gotten very very hectic for one lots of homework, test, projects , Rons Hog Pen is going GREAT I love it...the atmosphere and everything is GREAT...I am such a people person so this is right up my alley!!!!.....Now for the more serious of it all...I have also let myself be consumed by many things that I should not have even worried about by knowing me I think I have to be in control...and its God's place not mine and I find this every single time...so now once again here to say im handing the reigns back over....this occurs very often I know!!!! And I have had a lot on my mind lately with guys/ relationships not knowing which way to go not knowing really what to do....and I have been holding off not going forward with what I really needed to do until 2night...and finally did what I felt compelled to do all day which was talk to one of my exes about some stuff that needed to be cleared up.......and wow I'm tellin you what s much as I had been praying about everything it was JUST what I needed to hear....gave me closure and let me know I could really move on and not feel bad which I have a real tendency to do!!!! I'm telling you this makes me smile :-D on the inside big time because I have needed this for so long !!!! I don't know what it is but I have a real heart for people and hate to feel like I am hurting someone's feelings which sometimes puts me at a disadvantage but its just part of who I am so I make do!!!! But 2night I'm tellin you God is really an on time God because I needed this and it was an answer to my prayers.......and I got exactly what I needed!!!!!! I don't think it could have came at a better time to be honest with you!!!!

This week Barb over at Skittles' Place has challenged us to write about pets (heads) or pet peeves (tails). I chose to go the Tails!!!
My Pet Peeves I will try not to keep ya too long ;-)!!!!
1. People who act like they have NO idea what is going on especially girls but girls and guys just to get attention...and you know good and well they know how to do that particular thing because you saw them, doing it until someone else walked up who they want attention from this drives me NUTS!!!!
2. People who can't drive not saying, some people don't include me in this category at times, but particularlly people who try to tell you how t0 drive from the back seat and I'm like okay please hush!!!
3. Seeing people bite their nails....my sister is really BAD about this and as a result so are her kids!!!
4. Being in a class where a question really could wait until after class because it only pertains to a certain individual and for some reason they think they need to ask it at the end so the teacher keeps us all over to answer one person's question.
5. People who act all nice in front of your face and five minutes later you walk up on them and they are talking junk about you.....I'm like really how old are you just be real and honest...you don't have to put on a show for me!!!!

Hmmm.....My favorite type of art would have to be Paintings depending on the type, I would most like the more modern abstract art~ like my favorite is when the artist just slings the paint brush and the paint is everywhere no real form to it lol

Hmm...last time I got a free lunch was about a two weeks ago when me dad and my sister's family went to the Beacon after Drew's and Dad paid for mine

Well...this very much varies depending on the day but I would say on average probably a 6

Approximately how long do you spend each day responding to emails?
I would say an average of 10-15 minutes a day and that incldes for school and personal

To what temperature do you usually set your home’s thermostat?
Our home's thermostat is generally set on 72...which I find to be quite comfortable most of the time and sometimes at night I get a little chilly

Well.....I have had a petty busy day already good but busy and its only 1: 20.......been to school had lunch and then back to school which parking still isn't any better and had all my classes today none were cancelled or anything and believe it o not we haven't even gotten through the first full week of school and on Monday I had a class cancelled...that doesn't bother me we were told ahead of time so that makes everything okay....and I am getting ready to go to Orientation at 2:00 for my new job!! I am excited but yet still somewhat anxious I guess it is always like that with new jobs!!! I don't know what all the orientation will be about or how long it will last.....But just remember to say a quick prayer for me!! Well the next coupld of weeks are looking like pretty busy ones but like I told my sister last night I am going to try my hardest to keep posting because for quite a while there I began to slack and not post stuff lol...I have got to get back to posting the Friday Feast...I have missed those the last coupld of weeks!!!

Collecting Beanie Babies~ This was probably one of my first hobbies.....I don't collecet them anymore but still have the ones I did collect

Latch Hook~ this one was proabably one of the shortest lasting ones it took me way to long and I just never really got really hooked on it

Taking Pictures~ This is a newer one....I have always enjoyed taking pictures and I can remember when I was younger and would go ontrips my brother would get so mad because I was always taking so many pictures and still to this day he is like oh lord here comes the cameras...but more recently I have really starting following through with this more

Making Jelewry~ I have started buying beads and making jelewry and really enjoy this and this one can really be relaxing for me.....I enjoy it its just finding time to do it

Facebooking and Myspace~ Wow these are probably the most addicting of my hobbies but are so much fun and GREAT ways to keep in touch with people that you may not talk to as much as you would like 2...it also can be a bad thing when you have other things to do like school work...bc I lose track of time browsing on these

Scrapbooking~ This is one that takes lots of time but is so much fun and it follows in on my picture taking one......and it is SO rewarding when you have a completed scrapbook to show for your time..its just GREAT!!!!

1. I am a bit goofy even when I am out in public I have a tendency not to care what people think and am myself if ya don't like it pay me no attention is pretty much my motto so lol it can get quite exciting sometimes especially when Im with my mom and sister!!!!
2. I LOVE my nephew and niece they are my pride and joy they have my heart......I am so blessed to have them in my life!!!
3. I love being with friends and my family lol we always seem to have a GREAT time and just laugh!!!!
5. What I like to do for fun- in the summer I LOVE to lay out go to the lake oor beach...TUBING is sooo awesome.....I alson enjoy playin paintball this is a new found thing and most people think omg are you crazy yea well you get pretty bruised up but it is so fun and addicting gets your adrenaline rushing!!!!
6. I attend USCUpstate where I am majoring in Early Childhood Education and I want to teach 1st or 2nd grade...I love helping with kids...and I worked with 1st and 2nd grade when I worked at the after school program and I love it!!!
7. I stya on my phone 24/7 either texting or talking to someone my familly will testify to this my brother in law and sister use to call me ms bellsouth bc I was always on my phone
8. I love music.....it is awesome and I love it.......its something I love to listen to whether Im down or happy or whatever I listen to all kinds of music!!!

Wow...its been quite some time!!!!......I have started school for the fall semester..which is going pretty well a little hectic right now though!!!! We have a ton of freshman and new transfers..which means the campus is growing BUT the parking is absolutely NUTS I thought is was bad my past 2 years but um WOW no nothing even compared to this year doesn't even hold a candle to it!!!! They have made some additional parking but geez that doesn't help much bc its full 2..I really don't know what they are going to end up doing but they are going to have to do something!!! Got my last of my basic education classes this semester its going to be NO piece of cake but it is going to be FUN!!! And well while im at it, I start a new job on Monday which I am pretty excited about...back to waiting tables I go at Ron's Hog Pen...and believe it or not I have missed it.......I love meeting new people and its just a way to have fun while you work and the way I see it if I am going to work I might as well have fun while I am at it...don't get me wrong there are bad days but ya know they are worth it......not that I think that at the time everything is going on...you know just things that can go wrong on a typical bad day...but like I said its worth it!!!!.....I go for orientation 2morrow at 2:00...I ask for ya'lls prayers because I got to ask about Wednesday Nights off so I can still continue helping with my churches Youth Group with the Word of Life Ministry we do on Wednesday Nights.....so I am just hoping they will be able to do that for me!!! So if ya don't mind say a prayer for me!!! Well its off to hit the books to do some homework, it doesn't just do itself I have figured out lol so someone has to do it lol so I better get to it!!!!

It has been quite a while since I have just done a regular post on here....been pretty busy!!!! Everything has been going pretty good though!!! Had a pool party Friday night for the youth before the lock in at the church and WOW it was so fun but I am one of the most ~~GRACEFUL~~ people ever ha....feel onceat the pool and once playing hid and go seek!!! Lets see......def broke the bottoms of my swim suit LOL which was quite hilarious I must say!!!!....Gah and I am sooo sore from running around and just being goofy but thats how we are!!!! Then once everyone left here we all headed back to the church to play hide and seek in the dark which yea is pretty much GREAT even at the age of 20....we played with glow sticks around our necks only that we kept takin off and hiding when we were in our hiding spots so we wouldn't b spotted!!! Then me and Trish stayed in our hiding spot for 45 minutes because they couldn't find us...as she fell asleep and started snoring lol but we had a BLAST!!!!! Went and got stuff ready for school to start BLAH.....which it starts in a little over a week!! I really have to work my butt off this year to make the grades I need!!! I really am going to have to make some adjustments in how I study and to really buckling down this year!! I know I can do it...its just setting my mind to doing that and going after it!!! I have gotten a good bit off track from God and I really need to reset that as well!!! I plan to start working on that and gettin back to where I need to be with that!!!!

I would say a 6 depending on what kind of day you catch me on and who you are plays a big part and I am naturally sarcastic so if you don't know how to take me you may see it as rude

I am really starting to enjoy these meme things......My sister tagged me in this one THANKS sis!!!
Here is how to play:If you had the opportunity to do a 1-year internship in a company or field completely unrelated to your current career or specialty, what would be your top 5 choices?
1. Wedding Planner~ I think this would be a very neat job to hold, not only to be able to have part in the most beautiful day in most people's lives but also just to be able to have part in designing things and what not I think I would enjoy that!!!
2. Massage Therapist~ I really enjoy giving back massages to people I don't know what it is but I enjoy doing that and I think that would be a neat job to have as well.
3. Real Estate Agent~ this has been something I have thought is so neat its WORK by all means but ever since i was younger I have enjoyed lookin at houses in the real estate books and along with playing school and pretending to be a teacher which is what I am goin to school to do now, I use to pretend to be the real estate agent selling houses and showing people around.
4. Photographer~ for kids I think I would enjoy working at a kids portrait studio and helping caprute their smiles and those special moments!
5. Fashion Designer~ designing clothes and outfits would be my other choice....also when i was younger I use to have notebooks and I would draw outfits that I thought at the time looked cute and would color them needless to say now WOW not such cute ideas lol but I think that would be a neat career to be in!

Leaving tomorrow to go on vacation for a week!!!.....Going to Look Up Lodge with our youth from church a while back Randy asked if I would like to go help chaperone since his wife Jodi is prgnant and won't be able to go....so i decied I would go help!! This is the first year I am going to camp with the youth as a chaperone last year I went with the children from our church and didn't go with the youth!! Look Up Lodge is a camp up in Traveler's Rest and it is such a neat place...A great place to meet with God face to face....the kids aren't allowed to have cell phones at all.....no computers for myspace or facebook so its good for them and all of us!!! I am very excited about leaving!!!

Lots of things made me smile yesterday let see went with my family last night to eat and my niece and nephew are so silly so that made me smile..on the way home I had rode with my sister and the kids my sister decided to stop at her ALL time favorite car wash...well she has a sun roof on her van and i had the cover part open so we could look up and see out of it and well we were both looking up at the same time and about that time my sister starts dying laughing and i was like oh gosh what now and she was like I soo just thought someone was on top of my van i looked up and saw your reflection on the glass...I started dying laughing because juts moments before I did the same thing and I have just learned to think before I speak and that somethings really could be kept to yourself ;-) but then I just had to tell her so we died laughing....and THEN when we got home and things were starting to settle down a bit dad left and went somewhere.... he came back in with boxes of shoes which i claimed lol go figure and then continued to inform me that had two jet skis in his truck ok now most people would automatically know ok in his truck nah not possibly to have two jet skis but no not me I got all excited and was jumping up and down and went outside to find he did have two jet skis but they were inflatable jet skis with little motors on them for drew and mikayla so this brought me to a full out guffaw..and it also did the same to my mom and dad and my sister and her family because of course dad had to call and tell her what I did!!

WOW...this 4th of july was AWESOME...let see hung out with Trish then got ready and went to her sisters house then left there to go to Trish's house to meet everyone and go to Downtown Greenville to meet a few others and to eat at an AWESOME pizza place Bertello's and then to watch Firecrackers and then little did we know to be on the NEWS!! You talking about an AWESOME night!! Met Trish's family other than her sis and mom for the 1st time and we all just had a BLAST!!! LoL..........then last night went to her sister's with everyone and watched Big Brother 8...lol 2 funny!!

Well......writing again after a LONG time!!!....Been busy busy busy!!!.......New Orleans went GREAT....got refreshed and recharged!! It was exciting and glad that I had the opportunity to go!! We gutted houses cleaned them out it was amazing to me how after 2 years how much destruction was still there and the stuff that still needed to be done there. I am so glad that I decided to go and that I was given the opportunity to go......It helped me a lot and got me to the place where I need to be face to face with God again and back on track!!! Keep me in your prayers that I will stay where I need to be and keep my focus!! Benn through a lot lately but I know God is there by my side and with me at all times...just got to let him have control of it all and keep giving Him everything daily and stop trying to do it all on my own!!! Also keep Michael Mitchem's family and friends in your prayers he was a friend of my family and died Wednesday due to a car accident that happened on Saturday

Well...yea its DEF.......3:15 AM and im still up..leavin in about an hour to head out to go to New Orleans...figured since we were leavin at 4 30 there was really no point in sleeping and seeing as how we are driving there I figured it would b a good time to sleep then and catch up!! Had a pretty busy day...swam and laid out here with my sis and niece and nephew for a while...finished packin and doin last minute stuff...then it was to Laurens to have a pool party with the girls i worked with at EE...and u talkin bout FUN...it was QUITE eventful ;-) what else could b expected!!! And then we went and rode around for a while gettin some people's cars real good ;-)!!! which was even more fun!! Then home to stay up til i leave so i can sleep all the way there WOO HOO!!! Been busy......lets see been layin by the pool and workin some..hanging out with friends and just taking it easy......2night going to eat with all the girls I use to hang out all the time with in high school I can't wait!!! Talking about a BLAST.....its been a while since we have had every one together to hang out so its goin to be fun...then on Saturday I am goin to a pool party with all the girls I use to work with at Extra Edition....with the afterschooler.......and then hanging out with a few friends before I head out of town on Sunday........EVEN more fun..then on Sunday I leave to head out to New Orleans.......Im sooo very excited!!! SO got to start the whole packin thing and start getting everything ready to go!! I am ready to get on fire for the Lord again and get back to that place where I need to be!!!!

Well...it has been a while..been pretty busy lately and on top of everything my computer at home has a VIRUS and the stupid thing will NOT turn on lol leave it to me..ha ha but its all good no worries I still can check everything at work!! Im tellin ya what a lot of stuff has changed and im soooo glad things are starting to turn around which is always a postive!!! OHHH...and the concert WOW you talking about AWESOME it was GREAT...me and Trish had a blast and we met some people we had LOTS of fun but that is always expected when you get to crazy girls like us together!!!...FUN is bound to happen lol!!! Pretty busy weekend..but oh so FUN!!! Saturday spent the day by the pool with my niece and nephew and my sister.....and we went and got icees and just had a good time as always!!! Then yesterday[Sunday] went to the lake with my brother and Jess...we met his buddy Joey and his wife [Leah] and her little brother tyler out there.....he is a trip he is 7 and he was sayin all kinds of off the wall stuff!!! Then came in and got ready and went and ate pizza inn with Meredith, Alicia, Logan[Alicia's boyfriend].......and after that we went and bought tickets to see Disturbia and then we went to Barnes and Noble to kill time before our movie started and then we headed back to the theater.........it was such a good movie...screamed a couple of times ha ha go figure!!!! And had the people sittin in front of us crackin up at me......but thats just how I do things lol....was comin up the steps after leavin to go to the restroom in the middle of the movie and busted my tail coming back up the stairs lol I just started laughin..because this is nothing out of the ordinary for me!!! But we had sooo much fun!!! :-D

Went to graduation last night...and as normal it was like any other graduation listened to people speak and then got to sit through all the names being called out....it wasn't to terribly bad...but afterwards!!!!!...a friend of mine her sister graduated and they threw her a party so a group of us went and you talkin about FUN...lol we ate and talked and talked and DANCED [which is always FUN]...which I haven't done in some time it was GREAT.........lol I LOVED it...........we laughed and goofed around as normal..........you talking about havin a blast...we did the cha cha slide lol, that was probably the funniest because we all got so tickled at one of the girls there and she got embarrassed and wouldn't dance anymore..........then we entertained and found some more songs to dance to...and just had one heck of a night.........what FUN!!!!

Awwww.....last couple of days have been pretty hectic...yesterday was a much needed day....me and Trish hung out me went and ate lunch and then went to get icees.......we laid out and swam for a little while then watched The Perfect Man I had watched it before and she wanted to see it...its a GREAT movie......then we went to the gym and then home to watch idol woo hoo......lol and we laughed and laughed and laughed we r so goofy!!!....and for today..I am off for the day :-D......we weren't busy at work so they told me I could take the day off...so me and my brother n law Craig went and bought cakes for Drew's kindergarten teacher and for Alison that said thank you on them and took them to the school we went ahead and picked drew up while we were there~ he was excited to be leaving early!!!!!! Alison was pretty surprised to see us.......awww and Mikayla was so glad to be a big school to see her mom and brother!!!

Hmmmm....well where do I start......ever had a friend or friends that you always thought would be there or could do no wrong or maybe better put wouldn't do you wrong.......well here lately a few of the people that I have thought was like that yea well its all went downhill and I'm not just talking about people I have known for a few months or even a year or 2 I am talking about people that I have been friends with for years.......idk maybe my hopes were to high or something IDK....I am just glad I have found who my real friends are and that I have family that has always been here for me and continues to be and that they are always there no matter what and I can talk to them about anything and know that its not going to be spread all over the place...and you know look at the bright side at least I still have friends that have been there through it ALL and I mean it all and encourage me and point me in the direction I REALLY need to be headed anyways and don't steer me wrong or tell me crap that isn't true or better yet don't just say stuff because they think its what I want to hear......It really reminds me of the new Tracy Lawrence song Find Out who Your Friends Are....but no worries I still got my smile on and shoot I still have a good time.......its not all about friends anyways.....God is ALWAYS here and has my back!!! I am so glad that no matter what no matter how busy your friends may get or what may happen with them....God is always there and is waiting with open arms!!!! I just got to remember who is number one in my life and to keep it that way and to take everything to Him!!!! Went to the lake today...and you talk about AWESOME most fun I have had in a while......got me a LOT of sun..swam.....got a lot of things off my mind that have been botherin me lately...cleared my head which I needed badly YAH!!! Rode on the tube and you talk about AWESOME stayed on the whole time and didn't even get thrown off........and my brother was driving the boat which is amazing because he always tries to throw me off!!!.......he almost had me off once but nope he didn't I was holding on tight...he was going through all kinds of wakes and everything tryin to get me off at first he was goin slow and just lettin me ride then he started tryin to get me off because I had rode for bout 5 min and so spent bout 5 min tryin to throw me off but he was NOT successful!!!..it was a BLAST......I love riding that tube its the best!!! Today was GREAT.......love the weather and it was oh so beautiful outside today which made it all the more FUN!!! I am telling you nothing like the lake to take your mind off things and just have an AWESOME time...being with friends and my Brother...awww he always keeps me cracking up!!!!

Ever felt like you just don't know what to do anymore.......I know God has my life and I shouldn't worry but I do being the human I am I worry WAY to much!! I get so caught up in day to day life and I just sit and think about things that I shouldn't even be concerned with because its all in God's hands!! I am so confused right now and don't really know where to turn.......the more I think the more I wonder you know why am I going through all of this I get crushed so easily but the devil can't take my joy away I know that its all a part of God's big plan I am just seeing what is in front of me right now and I don't see the whole big picture like He does and how everything works out..and He knows what is best for me and He won't put on me more than I can handle He knows my limits and I am going through these trials and hard times to make me stronger I know this but it is so hard at times I know I can't do it alone I have to have Him by my side and continuously giving it to Him and tell Him here God take it please!! And sometimes I just kick myself in the tail because I am so prideful and just take it all on and put my happy face on and deal with it all by myself because I'm "strong" and that's what I do!!! Well I have gotten to that place where I can't do it by myself anymore I am handing it to God I'm not dealing with it anymore and I'm going to try my hardest not to fret over the little things anymore just let Him have it after all He knows what is best anyways so I find myself yet again asking myself why I didn't just do that in the 1st place!!! I am so glad He is always there for me and never leaves me because boy would I be in trouble if He did!!!

~Over the last little bit this quote and a few other things like the song by Sugarland Settlin' have really provoked some thoughts in me......the more I think about how I am, because if you think about it I know for me at least it is easy to get caught up in what you once had or what use to be because of the comfort that is in the past it is the easiest thing to turn to because it seems to be so easy not having to worry about getting to know new people or moving past what use to be....knowing that you know all about this person or group of people and how frightening change can be and rather than facing that sometimes we give in to what is easier and settle for less because we don't want to face the confrontations that may arouse from the change and moving on or maybe not even having to face any confrontations but just settling because its what we have always done...but then you read on in the rest of the quote and if you think about it there is a reason for everything and there is a reason that your past hasn't made it to your future and rather than thinking about what could have been why not move on and get past that....you have to take chances in life granted you might get hurt taking some chances but you will be okay and that's what life is all about you have to learn from your mistakes and overcome them let them help you be a stronger person..so instead of trying to make your past your future why not live life and go with whatever you may face today and stop worrying about yesterday.......and as Sugarland says "I ain't settlin' with just gettin by Ive had enough so so for the rest of my life I'm tired of shootin to low so raise the bar high" this really says it pretty well for me I'm tired of settling with the okay and the good why not aim for the best and move on!!

Been pretty busy lately....last night hung out with Trish for a while that was FUN lol we are crazy!!! Then today went and ate with Jennifer at Wild Wings..that was fun we haven't hung out in a while and we talked and caught each other up lol we always laugh and have a great time!!! Then went to my niece's pageant and she won YAH she is Little Miss Petite Rising Star...lol oh and by the way her favorite food is brocolli lol her on stage question was what is your favorite food and she said brocolli then they asked her how much she would eat and she said a whole lot the girl doesn't even eat brocolli lol we all died laughing!! We had sooo much fun.......dad goes out of town tomorrow to play golf :-) our pool is open and I am lookin forward to layin out and swimming tomorrow and this coming week and of course the rest of the summer!! Some guys just don't take hints well at all I mean IdK what some of them expect you to do but DANG........I was pretty sure that when I stop talkin to people that it was over and that when we no longer have any contact it was through but apparently some people you have to be real straight with and come right out and tell them hey its over no more not happening ever again so I did this to make sure I had myself CLEARED up and wouldn't be mistaken or misleading anyone!!! I mean I have made some dumb choices in the past but I don't plan to make this another one...generally my thoughts are if you screw me over once ok you might be lucky enough to get a second chance ok and then some lucky individuals may get a 3rd chance VERY VERY seldom but occosionally and after that I am done not letting you run me over anymore but obviously some people think i should just let things keep happen and see how many times I can get ran over and just be there no matter what well once I get to a certain point thats it no more and I have reached that point with a few people..I mean there is only so much you can take and you can only try so hard!!! And have started to realize generally the people that tell you I will be here for you no matter what and you can tell me anything and they go on and on about how you can trust them are the ones you better be careful with in my situation they seem to be the ones that love drama and love to get crap started!! Maybe this is just my take on things but this is how I do things if you don't like it im sorry its not changing!! But just because you lose friends you NEVER will lose God he is always right there by your side and there for you no matter what and He is all I need and I thank him everyday for the GREAT friends and family that he has given me that has been here through it all and that I can trust with anything!!!

This weekend was so BUSY but it was a GREAT one!! One more week of school left and I will be OUT for the SUMMER woo hoo!!! I absolutely canNOT wait.....Exams are next week though so it will be pretty crazy..keep me in your prayers please!! Went to the LAKE today..I love it its sooo much fun.....got a good bit of sun I am getting DARK!!! We just took it easy rode aroud stopped laid out some...I got in the water but no one else did they were all wusses they thought it was too cold....but I loved it up...it is soo fun out there...forget about all your worries and just kick back and have a GREAT time!!! Love spending the day at the lake just riding around soaking up the sun and swimming its some of the most fun I have EVER had!!!! It was beautiful outside today too which makes it all the better!!! can't wait to go back and have some more fun and once school gets out and we get our pool uncovered will be having even more CRAZY fun!!!!!

WOW...the concert I went to Saturday night was AWESOME......very high energy and all three Eric Church, Miranda Lambert, and Dierks Bentley put on GREAT shows!!! The lawn party before hand was so fun as well..me and mom people watched and laughed so hard it was GREAT....we stop and ate on our way in to Clemson and talked for a little while before heading in to the lawn party...where a band played for a little while, they gave out prizes, people were dancing, just sitting out in the sun on the grass talking, laughing and having a GREAT time.....took a few pictures at the lawn party then a whole bunch at the concert...our seats were GREAT on the 3rd row and we had fun the whole night...it was a much needed night out!!! AT the end of the concert Dierks brought Miranda Lambert and Eris Church back out on the stage and they all sang a song together it was awesome...........Dierks had his song Free and Easy..they videoed it twice for his music video..and they took footage of Dierks and the band and of the audience....it was awesome and im excited to see how it turns out on CMT!!! Me and mom saw all kinds of crazy stuff I don't think we stopped laughing the entire night.....mom was crackin me up 2..she is so funny...but we really did have a BLAST!!!!!

Dierks Bentley concert is in 2 days...Im getting VERY excited...my mom found her cowboy boots she use to wear when she was younger they are SOOOO cute so I am wearing them to the concert got a cowgirl hat going to straighten my hair and all OWWWWW.......YAH can't wait...3rd row here we come OWWWW!!!! Talking bout having a good time...me and mom always have a GREAT time together.....we are sooo very goofy...it is a much needed time though...I need to get away and spend some time with my mom....it always takes my mind off of things because we have so much fun and laugh all the time I can't wait.......Im so glad I have the relationship I have with my mom and all my family for that matter....me and my sister, brother, dad and all we all have our moments of course but for the most part we get along pretty well and Im thankful for that!!!.......Got a pretty busy weekend ahead but it will be EXCITING!!! I am SOOOO ready for summer and for school to be out!!!! I can't wait for the summer to get here....LAKE time got to love it...go tubing and get to lay out and go swimming...get my tan on!!!! I got off early friday and decided since I had a check left to pick up at the school that I would wait and go get it while the kids were there so I could see them aww......they are so precious!!! I walked out on the big playground where they were and they all started running over to me and even one of the girls I worked with lol she is a nut!!! They all asked how my new job was going and one of the little girls said its just not the same without Ms Jennie here!! They are so precious.....I didn't stay but for about 15 minutes yesterday I am going to have to go back one day when I can actually spend a little while with them and play...they are the sweetest kids!! While they were walking up to use the restroom before going in to watch I movie I went to see the older kids and they were excited I had came by as well.........they all started asking me where I had been and I told them I had gotten a new job and they said oh man you won't be here anymore I said no and then they started asking what kind of job it was I had!!! They are having a talent show on the 27th so I will def. have to go watch that!!!

It kills me how people think that everything in life needs to be handed to them somethings in life you have to work towards yourself and no one is going to or can hand it to you on a silver platter!! I am tired being played with and people just trying to see how far they can push me before I am at my limits!!! Im not a rug for people to walk all over and use I haven't ever been and don't plan to start now!!! Life goes on and things change sometimes they are for the better and sometimes they make you a stronger person because of going through it!! The only one I need is God and he is there no matter what and always and he is always true!!! And He will never put more on me than what I can bear!! There is a reason for everything that happens!!!

This week started out GREAT!!! Went to my sisters school today to get some practicum hours and it is due Friday I just started on it lol Im such a procrastinator got to love that!! I have a pretty busy week ahead of me got a lot of stuff going on with school wrapping up and what not!! I have really started to see who my real friends are over the process of time but kind of already knew how it was anyways!! But Only bout 3 weeks of school left and then its out for the SUMMER thank goodness I can't WAIT I am sooooo very excited!! Wekk end is lookin to be pretty busy to going to be workin on a good bit of school work..and who knows may even do a little shopping..LOVE it!!! Went 4 wheelin yesterday with some guy friends...had a lot of fun lol playin in the mud!!! Well Have a GREAT day!!!!

Last couple of days have been pretty eventful ones!!! Have had a good bit of drama goin on which I can't STAND!! BUt its all good cuz I am Jennie :-D!!! Its just petty high school crap anyways!! The job is going GREAT and I love having fun..being doing the normal hanging out with friends and being around the people that make me smile and laugh the most its GREAT!!! I am so ready for school to be over but less than a month and it will be and it will be full on summer laying out lake and all can't wait!!! Well most of you know that I started a new job on Monday at Southeastern Warehousing and Distribution......I work in the office as an office clerk there there is another guy that works in the office with me along with my brother in law..it is fun different from anything else I have ever done but it is fun! The people there keep me laughing all the time..which doesn't take to much because Im a pretty happy person normally. Monday I worked on entering a stack of papers into a program called Chep all and and did the same on Tuesday.....Wed I entered the orders into Chep and wrote up some UPS labels..and today I entered the orders into Chep and then just did a few other things around the office today wasn't too busy!!

This weekend was a busy one but SOOO fun!!! Friday night the girls I worked with at Extra Edition since it was my last day there took me to Kanpai I thought it was just me and 2 other girls and it ended up being me and all the girls I worked with it was so sweet of them!! They gave me a BUNCH of gag gifts lol 2 funny!! Then I went to Frankies with the youth and while I was there the girls I work with came out there and wrote with window chalk all over my window lol!! Then we went to the church and stayed the night but not b4 we went to where the guys were stayin and KILLED their cars lol SO much fun!!! Start the new job 2morrow excited a little nervous but not to bad!!!

Well........today was a very good day...busy but awesome!!!! Got a pretty busy week ahead of me as well...which I like being busy!!!!! This past weekend was a great one.......friday went and ate with mom and dad and then hung out with some friends..saturday went to a flag football game to support the guys that was fun they lost their 1st game and won their 2nd game only lost the 1st one because the refs gave it away..then went to my nephews jamboree for baseball..he did a GREAT job!!! Sunday...went to church....then went paintballing..what FUN..got some bruises but it was worth it I had a BLAST!!!!...Today went to school work gym home and washed the car..that was bout it!!! So it has been a pretty eventful last couple of days!!!! Friday is my last day at work a little sad but im excited about starting my new job!!! My glasses came in today which is pretty exciting I ordered them when I went and got new contacts because it has been a while since I got new glasses and so I would wear them if something happened to my contacts i wanted new ones!!! They are 2 cute!!! I will continue posting through out the week as much as possible!!! I also want to ask for ya'lls prayers my niece is having surgery on Friday March 3oth she is having her tonsils taken out....my family needs prayer too because this is the 1st time we have been through something like this with her being this young she is 3..her mom Alison def. needs prayer!!! Well tomorrow is a week from my last day at the school working so...im going to miss it but im going to go visit them.......I am excited about starting my new job I will get a little nervous as the time comes but as of now im good!!! Today has been a pretty busy day...runnin around doin different things!!! Im hoping the sun is out tomorrow so I can lay out for a couple of hours before going to work...my 8 00 and 11 00 is cancelled for tomorrow so I will have plenty of lay out time so just hope the weather cooperates......this weather is GREAT and puts me in the BEST mood I LOVE it!!!!!! Got to take my camera to work tomorrow to take some pictures with my kiddies at work prolly take it a couple more days next week as well to take some more pics!!!!

I am loving this weather and the fact that today is the first day of spring YAH!!!! Today has been pretty good other than the fact that I got my math test back lol and killed it!!!! But anywayz..........American Idol is on tonight YAH!!! Go to work here in a bit and then to the gym to work out and then home to watch IDOL~ so excited!!!!!! Got to take some pics of my kids at work all of us together so ya'll can see them I am going to miss them so much but I can still go visit and see them when I want to so its all good!!! NEW JOB!!

Some of you already know this I know but for those of you that don't I put in my two week notice at the elementary school which is BIG for me because I really love the kids there and had fun working there...but I had an opportunity arise today that is really what I need...I got an offer from a warehouse where I will be working on the computer and possibly pulling orders not 100% sure yet what all it will entail!!! I wasn't making very good money at Exrtra Edition and I am very aware money isn't everything but at the same time I have bills to pay so something had to be done!!! Plus Extra Edition doesn't go through the summer so I was planning to look into this job after the summer ended but it came around sooner!! SO Friday March 30 will be my last day at Extra Edition and I will be starting at the warehouse sometime btwn now and then I was pretty excited today when i got the phone call!!! I will keep ya'll updated as I find more out about what exactly it is all about!!! Keep me in your prayers please I would greatly appreciate it!!!

Well it was back to school today.......2 classes out of the way and another one to go!!! First two went as normal boring......but its ok....hopefully my next one will go by quickly and we will get the review we need for our midterm on Wednesday!!! Today seems to be going better than yesterday did...still somewhat aggrevated but its all good!!!! I hope when I go to the gym that will help relieve some stress it generally does!!!! Work at two and I hope my kiddies are good today!!! Then who knows after work depending on my day I may go back to the gym and workout some more we will see lol!!! Well Im off back to school for my last class!!!

Today has been a little rough...............I just get fed up hearing about certain things and people's attitudes from time to time!!! But I know God is in control and he will take care of it!! I just pray that he will help me keep my cool because I stand in the way sooooo often and run my mouth and that is not what I need to do...I need to allow him to work through me and not let ME get in the way...like I do so often!!! Keep me in your prayers please...I have a lot goin on school starts back tomorrow blah and with our church I don't know I just feel like there is something goin on there!! My friendships that the Lord will guide them and let me know what to do!!! I want to strive to give God all the glory throughout the next week and to not get caught up in thinking about stupid stuff that I get caught up in on a daily basis just give it to God and let Him have it 100% because he knows what he is doing and can handle so much better than I ever could!!! Just got home from watching some of the guys from church play some flag football..it was fun and they played pretty good!!! I need to be working on a paper for my health class that is due Monday I will get started on it in a little bit!!! I start back to school on Monday :-(!!!! Oh YEA!!!!!!.......My Spring BREAK is here and I am LOVING it!!! Slept late today...only wish it was pretty enough and warm enough outside to lay out and work on the tan a little but its suppose to be tues wed and thursday so I will lay out then!!!! Its great to not have to get up early and I can just chill until 2:00 when I have to go to work but they will be having there Spring Break in a couple of weeks so that will be GREAT also I will go to school and be done that entire week by 12 and then lay out then 2 oh YEA!!!! and Lake time is getting ready tio start up..........can't wait for that tubing and going for boat rides some awesome stuff!!!!!!

Look Up Lodge

Well...for the most part most of you know I applied to look up lodge for a summer job there and I have been waiting to hear back from them....I received and email today when I got home from classes and it said they were glad I came up and interviewed and things but that they felt God had other plans for me this summer but they are keeping my application on file and are going to send it back to me in december so I can reapply for next year!! So we will see about doing that!! I am ok with not getting it......its just isn't God's plans for me right now and he knows what is best for me!! Jeremiah 29:11 says "For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord and it plan to prosper you and not to harm you plans to give you a hope and a future." I think that this year and summer is a crucial time in my life and that plays a part on why I didn't get it this year.........God is planning something else for me and I am happy with that!! Continue praying that i will have wisdom of what God wants me to do this summer!!! Thanks for all the praying you have been doing for me it is GREATLY appreciated!!!!!

IDK what it is...idk if its just me being sick that makes me feel this way but I am sooo fed up with crap!!!!!! IDK what it is im just tired of it........im ready for a BREAK from it all....I guess Im just overwhelmed!!! People have been getting on my nerves and things that normally don't bother me have been bothering me like CRAZY!!!! Tomorrow is Friday YAH!!! This week has been pretty good overall...been staying pretty busy!! I joined the Y on Monday of this week and have been working out!! I am sooo excited!!! My spring break is this coming week......I am so ready for it!! I hope it is soooo pretty outside so that I can lay out and get some sun before work!!! Get off at 4 tomorrow and my weekend starts and no school for a week......I will be LOVING that!!!

Well...the test and things I was stressing about so badly that contributed to some of my hard times this past couple of weeks....2 of my test have been postponed so praise the lord for that so now I have one test tuesday one on wednesday one on thursday and one on friday and the other was postponed until after spring break so that evens everthing out a little more instead 3 in one day!!! I received an email from look up lodge today and they said they had received my final financial support letter and that they were making final decisions and I should know within the week so thats nerve racking and exciting at the same time!!! However it turns out got to know God has a plan and either way I will praise Him he knows what is best and will give me nothing less!!! Please continuing praying about Look Up Lodge!!! And thank you for all your prayers lately it is greatly appreciated!!! Have a GREAT day and thank you for all you do!!!!

Today has just been overwhelming for me!! I don't know what the deal is but I am just fed up with school and being BUSY all the time!! I feel like I don't have time for anything...I am REALLY ready for a break from school...which spring break is not this coming week but the next....keep me in your prayers because this coming week I have a test on tuesday 3 on wednesday and 1 on thursday..so its going to be a busy week I will be looking forward to friday!! I just have had so much going on..and I think way more than I should about stupid stuff!! I have to remember God is in control and He will NEVER put on me more than I can handle!! Well... today has been another GREAT one.....Just got back from eating lunch with my mom today is her Birthday..aww!!! I am gettin ready to go to work but before I went I figured I would leave an update and what is going on and how things are going!! This week has been a GREAT one!! Today is Wednesday so today will only get better because I have church tonight and that is always a brightener to my day!! I went to Evangel tonight and it was AWESOME!! I needed it!!! God spoke to my heart and I wanted to share a little of what I got out of tonight!!! Cameron preached tonight on praying and love!! I am just talking about the Love part of the message!!

The message came from Luke 10:25-37~

We make love such a casual thing saying I love this I hate this and love is so NOT a casual thing at all!! Most people think love is a feeling and it is so much more it is an action something you have to do!! People have gotten so caught up in the world's view of love that most people don't know what love is they think it is some over used word that doesn't have meaning but boy it has so much meaning but its more than just throwing the words I love you out, do you have anything to back it up with? God showed us love by sending His perfect Son Jesus to die on the cross in my place and your place!! Today we look in ALL the WRONG places for love when we should be looking to God and letting Him define what Love is..1 Corinthians 13. Who better to define love than the maker and creator of love itself? We are to love others as we love ourselves..and really think about this if you are truthful and honest with yourself we love ourselves a whole lot..we take time to buy ourselves stuff, take care of ourselves, we take time to get ready before we go anywhere, we have "me" time..not saying all this is bad but just think what it would do if you would do some of these things for someone else it would blow people away....really who else do you love more than yourself?...but we are called to love everyone the way we love ourselves!!! We are to have mercy on others encourage them..show them love even when you don't necessarily feel like loving!! Love is NOT about religion~ we need to stop thinking and start loving~ and I don't say this meaning not using your brains but we get so caught up in thinking oh this person screwed up and put themselves in that situation or this person just wants attention or that person just walks into stuff or this person is suffering because of this and maybe that is the case but who are we to say, we are suppose to love them regardless and if you see someone hurting encourage them say some kind words to them you don't know how much of a difference that could make!! Having a religious spirit will make you be more judgemental and make excuse for why things are the way they are and why we don't love and justify our attitudes and we have to get away from that!! I know I have to watch my attitude and make sure im loving with a servant heart!! Without love we are NOTHING~Bankrupt!! Love puts up with EVERYTHING not somethings but everything it isn't easily angered!! Love NEVER looks back but keeps going until the end!!

Been BUSY lately...doing stuff with work, school, and church...so I haven't blogged lately!!! Friday night went to a concert at the Bilo center with a few friends...Winter Jam and it was sold out when we got there...so we rode around greenville and got lost and decided to come back to spartanburg to eat some dinner...then I went to the church to help with the children's lock in..which was quite exciting...I stayed the night didn't sleep much but it was fun....played hide and seek in the dark with the kids and just had a good time with them!! Saturday night I hung around the house and ate dinner with the family!!!! Sunday went to church and ate dinner with the family then ad to be back at church at 4 45 to head to the Spartanburg Memorial Auditiorium for Life in the City and then we had a cookout at the church...so we all hung out and ate and fellowshiped!! Have some papers and stuff to do this week so I am staying pretty busy!!! Tonight is church night YAH...thats always a plus LOVE IT!!!! Today has been a GREAT day and with church and amercian idol being tonight it will get better!!! OK well i am off to head back to school for my last class of the day!!!!

Hey!! Been pretty busy lately..with work and school and church and everything!! Been having test and gettin ready for projects and all that good stuff!! I made brownies for my kids at work today YAH!!! I am so excited to see how they react..because that is something that is new to them...I think they will be very surprised!!! :-D!!!
